Website images – a thank you.

Geoff Mason who has kindly provided several credited images for this website has had a long photographic and teaching career in New Zealand.  Geoff was a resident of Twizel for many years and in his time in the Mackenzie captured many stunning images of the area.

Geoff’s work has appeared in the New Zealand Geographic magazine, on Discovery Channel, and National Geographic television documentaries. His photographic collections of New Zealand landscapes and images from his travels in China, Asia and Africa have been published in numerous books.

Geoff’s last international assignment involved photographing sixty-seven World Heritage Sites for the “Our PlaceTM  -The World Heritage Collection”.

The Trust is very fortunate to have the use of these images from such a celebrated photographer and acknowledges Geoff for his generosity in providing them to us pro bono.
